Joldimart is a hyperlocal quick-commerce platform delivering groceries, fresh produce, and daily essentials across designated Dhaka zones. Dark-store dispatch occurs in under 2 minutes, aiming for 10–15 minute doorstep delivery under normal weather and traffic conditions.

2. Pricing, Taxes & ৳0 Minimum Order

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) inclusive of statutory VAT. Joldimart maintains a transparent ৳0 minimum order threshold. Delivery fees are disclosed before checkout.

3. Payment Handling & Bangladesh Bank Escrow Compliance

Online transactions through Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad) and debit/credit cards follow Bangladesh Bank guidelines with encrypted gateway processing. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible carts.

4. Prohibited Merchandise
